Refund & Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Boho Via. If an item doesn’t suit you, you may return or exchange* it by following the steps below.

Step 1: Return or Exchange Conditions

To return or exchange your item (for a different size or color), please ensure that the following conditions are met:

  • You have 30 days from receiving your package to request a return.
  • The item must have all original labels attached and be in the same condition as when received.
  • The item must be in its original packaging.

Step 2: Contact Us

To initiate a return or exchange, email us at contact@boho-via.com or use the contact form on our website.

Please include the following details in your email:

  • Order number
  • Names of the items you wish to return
  • What you would like: a refund, a voucher, or an exchange (including size/color for exchange).

Step 3: Return Instructions

We will respond within 48 hours with the return address for your item.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Items must be returned in their original condition. Any items that have been washed, worn, or are missing labels cannot be returned or refunded.

Step 4: Confirm Shipment

Once you have shipped the item, confirm by email that your return is on its way and include the tracking number.

This is important, as it allows us to cover any customs fees that may apply. If we do not have this information, we will be unable to cover customs fees, and your package may be returned to you.

Step 5: Processing Your Return

Once we receive your items, they will be inspected, and we will proceed as per your request:

  • Refund: You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed. Refunds typically appear in your account within 5 business days.
  • Exchange: Your items will be exchanged based on your return request, and you will receive an email with your new order number once processed.

Non-Returnable Items

Please note that the following items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable:

  • Final sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Custom-made or personalized products
  • Intimate items (e.g., underwear, swimwear)

These items cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons or custom modifications.

Return Addresses by Location

We provide return addresses based on your location:

  • Americas: Return to the United States or Australia.
  • Europe: Return to France.
  • Asia: Return to Australia.

Please email us for the correct return address.

Boho Via reserves the right to refuse returns sent after the 30-day window or items that are not in the original condition as received. Approved refunds will be issued through the same payment method used for the purchase. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may depend on your bank.
