Total Delivery Time: 5-10 Working Days

The total time to receive your order is usually between 5-10 working days, depending on your location. This covers both handling and shipping times.

Cut-Off Time for Orders

Orders placed before 2:00 PM local time will start being processed on the same business day. Any orders made after this time will be processed the following business day.

Handling Time: 1-3 Working Days

After you place your order, it will take 1-3 business days to prepare, pack, and dispatch your items. During this time, we will confirm the details of your order and ensure everything is ready for shipping.

Transit Time: 4-7 Working Days

Once your order has been dispatched, the usual transit time is 4-7 working days depending on your location. This is the duration it takes for the package to be delivered from our warehouse to your address.

Shipping Costs

As of now (24 September 2024), we offer free shipping worldwide. However, this may change. If shipping costs come into effect in the future, they will be clearly displayed on the website during the checkout process. Always verify the final shipping cost before finalising your order.

Tracking Information

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your parcel on our Order Tracking Page.

Express Shipping Options

Depending on where you are located, we may provide express shipping for those who require their orders more quickly. This option will be available at the checkout and will come with an extra charge, which will be shown before you finalise your order.

While we endeavour to meet our estimated delivery times, delays outside our control can happen. If your order is delayed, you will be informed by email.

International Shipping

For international orders, the recipient is responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may be imposed by their country. Customs processing can occasionally delay delivery, so please allow additional time for international shipments.

Product Shipping Country / Provenance

  • Delivery to Europe or Africa: If your delivery address is in Europe, the product will be shipped from our warehouse in France. If the product is unavailable in our French warehouse, it will be shipped directly from our manufacturer in Asia.

  • Delivery to Americas (including South America): For deliveries to the Americas, including South America, the product will be shipped from our warehouse in United States. If the product is unavailable in our USA warehouse, it will be shipped directly from our manufacturer in Asia.

  • Delivery to Asia / Oceania (Australia / New Zealand): For delivery addresses in Asia or Oceania, products will be shipped either from our warehouse in Australia or from our manufacturer in Asia, depending on warehouse availability.

Address Changes

If you need to change your shipping address after you've placed your order, please get in touch with us as soon as possible at contact@boho-via.com. Address changes cannot be made once the order has been dispatched.

  • Customs & Duties: If applicable, customs and import duties are the responsibility of the recipient and may impact delivery times.
