Total Delivery Time: 5-10 Business Days

The total time to receive your order is usually between 5-10 business days, depending on where you are located. This includes both handling and transit times.

Cut-Off Time for Orders

Orders placed before 2:00 PM local time will start processing on the same business day. Any orders placed after this time will be processed the following business day.

Handling Time: 1-3 Business Days

After you place your order, it will take 1-3 business days to prepare, pack, and dispatch your items. During this time, we will confirm your order details and make sure everything is ready for delivery.

Transit Time: 4-7 Business Days

Once your order has been dispatched, the usual transit time is 4-7 business days depending on your location. This is the duration it takes for the package to be delivered from our warehouse to your address.

Shipping Costs

As of now (24 September 2024), we offer free shipping worldwide. However, this may change in the future. If shipping charges are introduced, they will be clearly displayed on the website at checkout. Please make sure to check the final shipping cost before finalising your order.

Tracking Information

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on our Order Tracking Page.

Express Shipping Options

Depending on your delivery location, we may provide express shipping for customers who require their orders sooner. This option will be available at checkout and will incur an extra fee, which will be shown before you confirm your order.

We collaborate with trustworthy global and local delivery services to guarantee that your package arrives on time and in excellent condition. Our main shipping partners include:

We also work with local postal services, depending on your location, for the final part of your delivery.

Please be aware that delivery times can vary depending on your specific location and any unexpected holdups with the courier. Delayed Shipments Please note that delivery times may sometimes be impacted by external factors such as customs clearance, weather conditions, or public holidays. While we strive to meet our estimated delivery times, delays beyond our control can happen. If your order is delayed, we will notify you via email.

International Shipping

For international orders, the recipient is responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may be applied by their country. Customs processing can sometimes delay delivery, so please allow extra time for international shipments.

Product Shipping Country / Provenance

  • Delivery to Europe or Africa: If your delivery address is in Europe, the product will be shipped from our warehouse in France. If the product is unavailable in our French warehouse, it will be shipped directly from our manufacturer in Asia.

  • Delivery to Americas (including South America): For deliveries to the Americas, including South America, the product will be shipped from our warehouse in United States. If the product is unavailable in our USA warehouse, it will be shipped directly from our manufacturer in Asia.

  • Delivery to Asia / Oceania (Australia / New Zealand): For delivery addresses in Asia or Oceania, products will be shipped either from our warehouse in Australia or from our manufacturer in Asia, depending on warehouse availability.

Address Changes

If you need to change your shipping address after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@boho-via.com. Unfortunately, address changes cannot be made once the order has been dispatched.

  • Customs & Duties: If applicable, customs and import duties are the responsibility of the recipient and may impact delivery times.
  • Public Holidays: Orders made on or around public holidays may encounter small delays.
