Refund & Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Boho Via. If an item doesn’t suit you, you may return or exchange* it by following the steps below.

Step 1: Return or Exchange Conditions

To return or exchange your item (for a different size or colour), please ensure that the following conditions are met:

  • You have 30 days from the time you receive your package to request a return.
  • The item must have all original labels attached and be in the same condition as when it was received.
  • The item must be in its original packaging.

Step 2: Get in Touch with Us

To begin a return or exchange, please email us at contact@boho-via.com or use the contact form on our website.

Please include the following details in your email:

  • Order number
  • Names of the items you would like to return
  • What you would like: a refund, a voucher, or an exchange (including size/colour for exchange).

Step 3: Instructions for Returns

We will get back to you within 48 hours with the return address for your item.

Please be aware that the costs of return shipping are the customer's responsibility.

Items must be returned in their original condition. Any items that have been washed, worn, or that are missing labels cannot be returned or refunded.

Step 4: Confirm Shipment

Once you have dispatched the item, kindly confirm via email that your return is on its way and include the tracking number.

Step 5: Processing Your Return

Once we receive your items, they will be inspected, and we will carry on according to your request:

  • Refund: You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed. Refunds usually reflect in your account within 5 business days.
  • Exchange: Your items will be exchanged according to your return request, and you will receive an email with your new order number once it has been processed.

Non-Returnable Items

Please take note that the following items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable:

  • Final sale items
  • Gift vouchers
  • Custom-made or personalised products
  • Intimate items (e.g., underwear, swimwear)

These items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons or if they have been customised.

Return Addresses by Location

We provide return addresses according to your location:

  • Americas: Return to the United States or Australia.
  • Europe: Return to France.
  • Asia: Return to Australia.

Please email us for the right return address.

Boho Via reserves the right to refuse returns submitted after the 30-day period or for items that are not in their original condition as received. Approved refunds will be processed through the same payment method used for the purchase. Please be aware that the time taken for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank.
