How Does Joone Work?
Joone is a subscription service that delivers nappies suitable for your child directly to your home or to a collection point, at a frequency that you choose.
What diaper sizes can you order from Joone?
To support your child from birth to toilet training, Joone offers you 6 sizes of diapers:
- Size 1: 2 to 4 kg,
- Size 2: 3 to 5 kg,
- Size 3: 4 to 8 kg,
- Size 4: 7 to 14 kg,
- Size 5: 10 to 18 kg,
- Size 6: 6 to 30 kg.
👉 If your baby is growing up or if you have two young kids, you can mix the sizes! 😉
How many diapers are in a Joone package?
The number of diapers sent depends on the chosen size:
- Size 1: 180, which is 3 packets of 60,
- Size 2: 192, which is 3 packets of 64,
- Size 3: 162, which is 3 packets of 54,
- Size 4: 144, which is 3 packets of 48,
- Size 5: 120, which is 3 packets of 40,
- Size 6: 114, which is 3 packets of 38.
👉 The decrease in the number of diapers per pack is due to the fact that the older your child gets, the less they will need to use diapers.
Can we choose between diapers and pull-up pants?
Of course! Joone offers you 3 subscription options:
It’s possible to choose either just diapers or only pull-up diapers. However, what the brand Joone recommends is to mix both diapers and pull-up diapers. This third option includes, in every package, 3 packs of pull-up diapers and 1 pack of regular diapers.
👉 For me, I initially used traditional diapers when my son was born. However, once he started crawling at around 7 months, I switched to a mix of regular diapers and pull-ups. At night, I would put on regular diapers, while during the day, I preferred pull-ups to help him move around easily and learn to walk.
Can we customise the diapers?
Absolutely, and that's actually one of the unique features of Joone! Their diapers are adorable, with original designs that are perfect for babies. When you place your order, you can choose 3 patterns from the options available!
The adorable seasonal designs of Joone diapers... and there are many more!
👉 I often find myself talking about Joone when people see my baby's nappies: the lovely patterns raise a lot of questions!
How often are diapers delivered?
The delivery frequency is adjustable, so you'll never run out of diapers, but you also won't receive too many. Here are the options available:
👉 If you've used up more nappies than expected, feel free to contact Joone for an exceptional delivery! On the other hand, if you have excess nappies and there are unused packs left, you can return them to Joone for a refund!
Can you add other products to your subscription?
Yes, you can add Joone wipes with organic olive oil or water for an additional 5 euros per month. It's cost-effective since they retail for 9.90 euros when bought individually. You can also add items like a baby face cream to your order outside of your subscription.
For just S$5 a month, receive 3 packs of 32 Joone wipes!
👉 Personally, I use very few wet wipes, so I’ve never tried Joone wipes, but they look to be of great quality, just like their other products. These wipes are biodgradable, made with 99% natural ingredients, which is really reassuring. 😉
Joone: Are Their Diapers Really Eco-Friendly and Safe for Baby's Health?
One of Joone's key communication points is the production of its diapers, using natural ingredients. I'll explain everything in the following lines! 😉
Where are Joone diapers made?
Joone diapers are made in France, specifically in Épinal, for the "iconic" diapers. The Origine diaper is produced in Denmark, using exclusively European materials. The brand collaborates with small and medium-sized businesses and pays particular attention to ensuring the quality journey of its products.
🌍 The factory where Origine diapers are made operates entirely on renewable energy!
The Joone team is very transparent about how this diaper is made:

Are Joone diapers really "natural" as the brand claims?
On their website, Joone promises diapers made from 100% natural materials for the absorbent pad and everything that comes into contact with the skin, which is much healthier than the usual diapers you find in supermarkets, for instance. Their latest product, the "Origine" diaper, has been designed to be as healthy as possible.

👉 Personally, I use the Yuka app quite a lot, which helps you find out if a food or hygiene product is good for your health. What reassured me about Joone is that their diapers received a score of 100 / 100 on this app, meaning they contain absolutely no risky products!
Who is the Joone diaper subscription for?
This subscription system is really convenient for parents who want to save time and avoid filling up their car boot with nappies when they head to the supermarket. By having everything delivered right to your doorstep, you're always stocked up for baby. Plus, the ability to return any excess nappies for a refund is super handy and helps to reduce waste.
However, what truly sets Joone nappies apart from others, in my opinion, is the brand's commitment to baby health and the environment. If you're someone who wants the best for your child and wants them to start life using healthy products with a minimal impact on the environment, then Joone is definitely a great choice for you.

👉 Personally, I took quite a while to decide on using cloth diapers, but they really weren’t practical for me. With Joone, I've found the perfect balance, as the diapers I use are safe for my son's health and also easy to manage in my busy life as a mum!
What is the price of Joone diapers?
Currently, Joone is offering a launch promotion at €64.90 for a pack of diapers. Normally, the price for Joone diapers is €69.90 per month, which translates to a cost per diaper of:
Size | Child's Weight | Price per Diaper |
1 | 2 - 4 kg | S$0.39 |
2 | 3 - 5 kg | S$0.36 |
3 | 4 - 8 kg | S$0.43 |
4 | 7 - 14 kg | S$0.48 |
5 | 10 - 18 kg | S$0.58 |
6 | 16 - 30 kg | S$0.61 |
📦 The delivery charges are of course included in the price!
Can I give a Joone subscription as a gift? 🎁
Absolutely! If you head over to the "DIAPERS" section, then to the "DIAPER SUBSCRIPTION" option, and scroll down a bit on the page, you'll find an option to "GIFT A SUBSCRIPTION".
This gives you access to a form that allows you to offer a subscription to new parents, supporting them during the first few months or years of their baby's life.
The duration is 1 month, 3 months, or 6 months, and parents can choose the suitable diaper size for their child, along with the designs.
Parents can receive an email right away to inform them about their gift, or you can personally present it to them later on a special occasion, for example.
👉 You can also give a gift card from Joone, which parents can use to purchase exactly what they need (diapers, baby products, etc.).
How to Gift a Joone Gift Card?
You can find it in the "BABY GIFTS AND GIFT SETS" section under "BABY".
Source: Joone's website
There are three amounts available: $50, $80, and $140. Once you purchase the gift card, you'll receive it via email and you can then print it out. It provides a code that can be entered in the "promo code or gift card" section during checkout to apply the respective discount. It can be used multiple times and has a validity period of one year.
Want to make a statement? Gift a Joone newborn gift set!
The brand offers kits designed for new parents to care for their babies and explore Joone products. This includes diapers, of course, where you can choose the size and patterns, as well as products like wipes or liniment. The website provides a wide range of options, here are a few examples:
👉 There are many other Joone gift sets available, such as a diaper bag, a travel pouch, and clothes...! Personally, I’m quite tempted by these gift kits, especially if a baby is born into my circle, as they allow parents to explore Joone products and are really cute.
Check out other products offered by Joone
As I mentioned earlier, Joone does more than just diapers! It’s a brand that has specialised in creating hygiene products for babies and mums. Let me quickly introduce their range, which I'm really a fan of!
For Baby 👶
Joone offers a whole range of essential hygiene products for when you have a baby: liniment, cleansing gel, moisturising lotion, nappy cream, cotton pads, wipes, suitable shampoo... All are made according to Joone's strict standards to ensure your child’s health is protected.
You can also find lovely clothes on the website in the simple and timeless style that the brand is known for:
For the slightly older kids 👦👧
Joone supports your child in learning to be toilet trained with their first underwear. The brand offers 100% cotton panties and boxers, made in France.
I also invite you to check out the "My 1st..." range that I’ve just started using with my son. These are natural hygiene products tailored to the specific needs of young children.
For Moms and Expecting Moms 🤰🤱
Joone also thinks of us, the mums, with products dedicated to pregnancy as well as specific care that follows childbirth. Among their selection, I've particularly noticed:
- An anti-stretch mark kit for SGD 59.90,
- A hair supplement to help with hair regrowth post-delivery for SGD 22.90,
- Infusions to support breastfeeding for SGD 12.90.
The brand also offers natural and eco-friendly intimate hygiene products, following the same ethos as their baby products.
🎁 Because we often overlook the specific needs of young mums, I think gifting these products can be a fantastic idea. Joone offers gift sets designed for babies, but these ones are specifically for their mums! 😉

Joone is a brand that is very transparent about the quality and craftsmanship of its products. However, to know if they truly meet your expectations, especially from a practical standpoint, it's best to look for customer reviews. About Trustpilot
Currently, this platform has 16 reviews, with an average rating of 3.5 / 5.
There is a relatively high proportion of satisfied customers with the quality of the diapers, their practicality, the designs, and the fact that they are good for their baby's health.
Un satisfied customer doesn't complain about the quality of the diapers but rather about the products for mothers: dietary supplements, moisturising cream... which are not as effective as those from other brands. Issues related to delivery are also mentioned (especially delays), but this concerns only a small percentage of customers.
About Poulpeo
The cashback site Poulpeo has 10 reviews for Joone, all rated at 5 stars. Additionally, it offers S$6 in cashback that can be combined with Joone's promotions, which could be quite appealing.

Is Joone a Scam?
Joone (SAS Noo corp) is a French start-up founded by Carole Juge-Llewellyn in 2017. The brand has achieved remarkable success and is now present in over 28 countries.
In 2017, the brand released a toxicological analysis of its diapers to assure its customers that they were safe for babies. This effort was recognised when the association 60 million consumers ranked Joone as the best baby diaper brand in 2018.
Indeed, Joone diapers are Ecocert certified (organic farming) and have received numerous labels affirming their quality:
From a customer service perspective, the brand can be reached through social media or via an online form on their website. Unfortunately, there isn't a phone support service at the moment, but the Joone team appears to be quite responsive.
✅ Joone is a popular French brand that has seen great success in recent years and provides excellent transparency about the ingredients in its products. So you can order with confidence!
My Verdict on Joone ⭐⭐⭐⭐
To wrap up my thoughts on my experience with Joone, I'd like to share an honest testimonial about what I liked and didn't like about this brand.
I came across Joone while researching the quality and composition of diapers after my son was born, following a report that mentioned big brand diapers might contain toxic substances. Initially, I hesitated to switch to cloth diapers, but since I work and my son frequently goes to childcare, I thought it would be quite complicated.
When I discovered Joone's website, I was reassured by the brand's transparency regarding the composition of their diapers and other baby products they offer. My first order went very smoothly. My son was 4 months old at that time and weighed around 7 kilograms, so I chose size 3 diapers that fit him perfectly.
Compared to the major supermarket brands, I didn't notice any difference in leaks, but I quickly saw that my baby's redness had reduced since I started using Joone diapers. Now, I order about one pack a month, and that works well for me. As my son is turning one soon, I had to change sizes, and it went smoothly since I could mix the sizes.
I absolutely adore customizable patterns that are playful for children and that everyone finds adorable. For my orders, I’ve chosen a mix of pull-up diapers and traditional diapers: I use pull-up diapers for my baby during the day and traditional diapers for night time and naps.
Finally, I've just started to test the first toothpaste and the first cleansing foam launched by Joone. So far, I find these products really pleasant to use and they are very well tolerated by my baby's skin.
✅ In conclusion, I plan to stick with Joone until my son is fully toilet trained. Although the diapers are a bit pricier, you can really feel the quality, and I'm comforted by their ingredient list. I would definitely recommend them 100%!
