How Does Joone Work?
Joone is a subscription service that delivers suitable nappies for your child directly to your home or a designated pick-up point, as often as you choose.
What nappy sizes can you order from Joone?
To support your child from birth until they are toilet trained, Joone offers you 6 sizes of nappies:
- Size 1: 2 to 4 kilograms,
- Size 2: 3 to 5 kilograms,
- Size 3: 4 to 8 kilograms,
- Size 4: 7 to 14 kilograms,
- Size 5: 10 to 18 kilograms,
- Size 6: 6 to 30 kilograms.
👉 If your baby is growing up or if you have two little ones, you can mix the sizes! 😉
How many nappies are in a Joone pack?
The number of nappies sent depends on the chosen size:
- Size 1: 180, which is 3 packets of 60,
- Size 2: 192, which is 3 packets of 64,
- Size 3: 162, which is 3 packets of 54,
- Size 4: 144, which is 3 packets of 48,
- Size 5: 120, which is 3 packets of 40,
- Size 6: 114, which is 3 packets of 38.
👉 The reduction in the number of nappies per pack is due to the fact that the older your child gets, the less they will need to use nappies.
Can we choose between nappies and nappy pants?
Of course! Joone offers you 3 subscription options:
You can choose to buy only nappies or just pull-up nappies. However, Joone recommends that you mix both nappies and pull-up nappies. This third option includes, in each package, 3 packs of pull-up nappies and 1 pack of regular nappies.
👉 For my part, I initially chose traditional nappies when my son was born, but as soon as he started crawling at around 7 months, I switched to a mix of nappies and pull-up pants. At night, I would use regular nappies, while during the day, I preferred pull-up pants to allow him more freedom of movement as he was learning to walk.
Can we customise the nappies?
Absolutely! That's actually one of the standout features of Joone! Their nappy designs are delightful, featuring unique patterns that are perfect for babies. When you place your order, you can choose 3 different designs from those available!
The adorable seasonal designs of Joone nappies... and there are plenty more!
👉 I often find myself talking about Joone when people see my baby's nappies: the lovely patterns spark a lot of questions!
What is the frequency of nappy deliveries?
The delivery frequency is flexible, so you'll never run out of nappies but you also won't receive too many. Here are the options available:
👉 However, if you’ve used more nappies than expected, you can definitely reach out to Joone for an exceptional delivery! Conversely, if you have too many nappies and you have some unopened packets, you can return them to Joone for a refund!
Can you add other products to your subscription?
Yes: it's possible to add Joone baby wipes with organic olive oil or water for an additional $5 per month. This is cost-effective, as buying them individually costs $9.90. You can also add baby face cream to your order outside of the subscription, for example.
For just $5 a month, receive 3 packs of 32 Joone wipes!
👉 Personally, I rarely use wipes, so I've never tried Joone wipes, but they appear to be of high quality, similar to the rest of their products. These are biodegradable wipes, made with 99% natural ingredients, which is really reassuring. 😉
Joone: Are Eco-Friendly Nappies Good for Baby’s Health?
One of Joone's key communication points is the production of its nappies, which are made with natural ingredients. I'll go into all the details in the following lines! 😉
Where are Joone nappies made?
Joone nappies are made in France, specifically in Épinal, for their "iconic" nappies. The Origine nappy is manufactured in Denmark, using exclusively European materials. The brand collaborates with small and medium-sized enterprises and pays special attention to ensuring the quality journey of its products.
🌍 The factory where Origine nappies are made operates entirely on renewable energy!
The Joone team is very transparent about how this nappy is made:

Are Joone nappies really "natural" as the brand claims?
On its website, Joone promises nappies made from 100% natural materials for the absorbent core and the parts that come into contact with the skin, which is much healthier than the typical nappies found in supermarkets, for instance. Their latest offering, the "Origine" nappy, has been designed to be as healthy as possible.

👉 Personally, I use the Yuka app quite a bit, which helps you determine if a food or hygiene product is healthy. What reassured me about Joone is that their nappies score 100 / 100 on this app, which means they contain absolutely no risky ingredients!
Who is the Joone Nappy Subscription For?
This subscription system is really convenient for parents who want to save time and avoid filling their car boot with nappies when they head to the supermarket. By having everything delivered straight to your home, you always have the essentials for your baby on hand. Plus, the ability to return any excess nappies for a refund is very handy and helps reduce waste.
However, what really sets Joone nappies apart from the rest, in my opinion, is the brand's commitment to baby health and the environment. If you're concerned about providing the best for your child to start their life using healthy products with a minimal impact on the environment, Joone is definitely worth considering.

👉 Personally, I struggled for a long time with the idea of using cloth nappies, as they didn’t seem very practical. With Joone, I found the perfect compromise, as the nappies I use are healthy for my son's wellbeing and are also easy to use in my hectic life as a busy mum!
What is the price of Joone nappies?
Currently, Joone is offering a launch deal at $64.90 for a pack of nappies. Normally, the price of Joone nappies is $69.90 per month, which breaks down to a cost per nappy of:
Size | Child's Weight | Price per Nappy |
1 | 2 - 4 kg | $0.39 |
2 | 3 - 5 kg | $0.36 |
3 | 4 - 8 kg | $0.43 |
4 | 7 - 14 kg | $0.48 |
5 | 10 - 18 kg | $0.58 |
6 | 16 - 30 kg | $0.61 |
📦 The delivery fees are of course included in the price!
Can I gift a Joone subscription? 🎁
Absolutely! By navigating to the "DIAPERS" section, then "DIAPER SUBSCRIPTION", and scrolling down a bit on the page, you'll find an option for "GIFT A SUBSCRIPTION".
This allows you to access a form that offers a subscription to new parents, providing support during the crucial first months or years of their baby's life.
The duration is 1 month, 3 months, or 6 months, and parents can choose the appropriate nappy size for their child, as well as the designs.
Parents can receive an email right away informing them about their gift, or you can present it to them yourself later on a special occasion, for instance.
👉 You can also give a gift card at Joone, which parents can use to buy exactly what they need (nappies, baby products, etc.).
How to Give a Joone Gift Card?
You can find it in the "BABY GIFTS AND HAMPERS" section of the "BABY" category.

Three amounts are available: $50, $80, and $140. Once you've purchased the gift card, you will receive it via email, and you can then print it out. The gift card provides a code that can be entered in the "promo code or gift card" window during checkout to apply the corresponding discount. It can be used multiple times and has a validity period of one year.

The brand offers kits designed for new parents to care for their baby and discover Joone products. This can include nappies, of course, where you can choose the size and patterns, as well as products like wipes or liniment. The website provides a wide range of options, here are a few examples:
👉 There are many other Joone gift sets available, such as a nappy bag, a travel pouch, clothing...! Personally, I'm quite tempted by these gift kits if a baby were to arrive in my circle, as they allow parents to discover Joone products and are just delightful.
Check Out the Other Products Offered by Joone
As I mentioned earlier, Joone doesn't just make nappies! It's a brand that specialises in creating hygiene products for babies and mothers. Let me quickly introduce their range, which I am really a fan of!
For Baby 👶
Joone offers a range of essential hygiene products for your baby: liniment, cleansing gel, moisturising lotion, nappy cream, cotton pads, wipes, suitable shampoo... All of these are made according to Joone's strict standards to ensure your child's health is protected.
You can also find lovely clothing on the website, featuring the simple and timeless style that defines the brand:
For slightly older kids 👦👧
Joone supports your child in learning to use the toilet with their first underwear. The brand offers 100% cotton briefs and boxers, made in France.
I also invite you to explore the "My First..." range that I’ve just started using with my son. These are natural hygiene products designed to meet the specific needs of young children.
For the mum or soon-to-be mum 🤰🤱
Joone also thinks of us, the mums, with products specifically designed for pregnancy, as well as those for the unique care needed after giving birth. Among their selection, I particularly noticed:
- A stretch mark reduction kit for $59.90,
- A hair supplement to support hair regrowth post-pregnancy for $22.90,
- Herbal teas to assist with breastfeeding for $12.90.
The brand also offers natural and eco-friendly intimate hygiene products, in the same spirit as their baby products.
🎁 Because we don't always consider the unique needs of new mums, I believe that gifting these products can be a brilliant idea. Joone offers gift sets just like those for babies, but specifically designed for their mums! 😉

Joone is a brand that is very transparent about the quality and craftsmanship of its products. However, to find out if they truly meet your expectations, particularly in terms of practicality, it's best to do some customer review research. ❌ What they liked less:
- Issues with leaks that can occur for babies sleeping on their tummy,

About Trustpilot
Currently on this platform, there are 16 reviews, with an average rating of 3.5 / 5.
There’s a fairly high proportion of satisfied customers with the quality of these nappies, their practicality, the designs, and the fact that they’re good for their baby’s health.
Unsatisfied customers aren’t complaining about the quality of the nappies but rather about the mum products: dietary supplements, moisturising cream... which they feel are not as effective as those from other brands. Issues related to delivery are also mentioned (especially delays), but this represents only a small proportion of customers.
About Poulpeo
The cashback site Poulpeo has 10 reviews for Joone, all rated at 5 stars. Additionally, it offers $6 cashback that can be combined with Joone's promotions, which is quite appealing.

Is Joone a scam?
Joone (SAS Noo corp) is a French start-up founded by Carole Juge-Llewellyn in 2017. The brand has enjoyed great success and is now available in over 28 countries.
In 2017, the brand released a toxicological analysis of its nappies to assure its customers that they were safe for babies. This effort was recognised when the organisation 60 million consumers named Joone the best brand for baby nappies in 2018.
Indeed, Joone nappies are Ecocert certified (organic farming) and have received numerous labels proving their quality:
From a customer service perspective, the brand is reachable through social media or via an online form on the website. Unfortunately, there isn't a phone support service available at the moment, but the Joone team appears to be quite responsive.
✅ Joone is a French brand that has enjoyed great success in recent years, and it provides a high level of transparency regarding the ingredients in its products. So you can order with confidence!
My Verdict on Joone ⭐⭐⭐⭐
To wrap up this reflection on my experience with Joone, I’d like to share a genuine little testimonial about what I liked and disliked about this brand.
I discovered Joone while researching nappy quality and their ingredients after the birth of my son. I came across a report that suggested big brand nappies could contain toxic substances. Initially, I was hesitant to switch to cloth nappies, but since I work and my son often goes to childcare, I thought it would be quite complicated.
When I discovered Joone's website, I was reassured by the brand's transparency regarding the composition of their nappies and other baby products they offer. My first order went very smoothly. My son was 4 months old at the time and weighed about 7 kilograms, so I ordered size 3 nappies that were just perfect.
Compared to the big supermarket brands, I didn't notice any difference in leaks, but I quickly realised that my baby's rashes had decreased since I started using Joone nappies. Now, I order about one pack per month and that works well for me. As my son is nearly one, I needed to change sizes, and it went smoothly because I could mix the sizes.
I absolutely love customisable patterns that are fun for kids and that everyone finds adorable. For my orders, I’ve chosen a mix of nappy pants and traditional nappies: I use nappy pants for my baby during the day and traditional nappies for night time and naps.
Finally, I'm just starting to test the first toothpaste and cleansing foam released by Joone. So far, I find these products really pleasant to use and very well tolerated by my baby's skin.
✅ In conclusion, I plan to stick with Joone until my son is out of nappies. Although the nappies are a bit pricier, the quality really shows, and I feel reassured by their ingredients. I highly recommend them!

At the core of Joone is a genuine commitment to transparency, allowing parents to provide the best for their children.
