How does Joone work?
Joone is a subscription service that delivers nappies suitable for your child directly to your home or to a collection point, at a frequency that suits you.
What nappy sizes can you order from Joone?
To support your child from birth to achieving toilet training, Joone offers you 6 sizes of nappies:
- Size 1: 2 to 4 kilograms,
- Size 2: 3 to 5 kilograms,
- Size 3: 4 to 8 kilograms,
- Size 4: 7 to 14 kilograms,
- Size 5: 10 to 18 kilograms,
- Size 6: 6 to 30 kilograms.
👉 If your baby is growing up or if you have two young children, you have the option to mix sizes! 😉
How many nappies are in a Joone package?
The number of nappies sent depends on the size selected:
- Size 1: 180, which is 3 packs of 60,
- Size 2: 192, which is 3 packs of 64,
- Size 3: 162, which is 3 packs of 54,
- Size 4: 144, which is 3 packs of 48,
- Size 5: 120, which is 3 packs of 40,
- Size 6: 114, which is 3 packs of 38.
👉 The reduction in the number of nappies per pack is due to the fact that as your child grows, they'll need fewer nappies.
Can you choose between nappies and nappy pants?
Of course! Joone offers you 3 subscription options:
You can choose to use only nappies or only nappy pants. However, what the brand Joone recommends is to mix nappies and nappy pants. This third option consists of, in each delivery, 3 packs of nappy pants and 1 pack of nappies.
👉 When my son was born, I chose to stick with traditional nappies, but once he started crawling around 7 months, I decided to use a mix of nappies and training pants. At night, I would use regular nappies, while during the day, I preferred training pants to make it easier for him to move and learn to walk.
Can we customise the layers?
Absolutely, and that's one of the standout features of Joone! Their nappies are lovely, with original designs that are perfect for babies. When you place your order, you can select 3 patterns from those available!
The delightful seasonal designs of Joone nappies... and there are plenty more!
👉 I often find myself talking about Joone when people see my baby's nappies: the lovely designs spark a lot of questions!
What is the frequency of nappy deliveries?
The delivery frequency is adjustable, so you’ll never run out of nappies, but you won't receive too many either. Here are the options available:
👉 If you've ended up using more nappies than expected, feel free to get in touch with Joone for a one-off delivery! On the other hand, if you have more nappies than you need and you have some unopened packs, you can return them to Joone for a refund!
Can you add additional products to your subscription?
Yes: you can add Joone wipes with organic olive oil or water for an extra $5 a month. It's cost-effective, as they are priced at $9.90 when bought individually. You can also add a baby face cream to your order, for example, outside of the subscription.
For just $5 a month, receive 3 packs of 32 Joone wipes!
👉 Personally, I use very few wipes, so I’ve never tried Joone wipes, but they seem to be of great quality, just like the other products. These wipes are biodegradable and contain 99% natural ingredients, which is really reassuring. 😉
Joone: Are their nappies truly eco-friendly and safe for baby’s health?
One of Joone's key messages is the production of their nappies, made with natural ingredients. I'll break it all down for you in the following paragraphs! 😉
Where are Joone nappies made?
Joone nappies are made in France, in Épinal, for their "iconic" nappies. The Origine nappy is produced in Denmark, using exclusively European materials. The brand works with small and medium-sized enterprises and places great emphasis on ensuring the quality journey of its products.
🌍 The factory where Origine nappies are made operates entirely on renewable energy!
The Joone team is very transparent about how this nappy is made:

Are Joone nappies really "natural" as the brand claims?
On their website, Joone promises diapers made with 100% natural materials for the absorbent padding and what comes into contact with the skin, which is much healthier than the usual diapers found in supermarkets, for example. Their latest product, the "Origine" diaper, has been designed to be as healthy as possible.

👉 Personally, I use the Yuka app quite a bit, which helps you determine whether a food or hygiene product is good for your health. What reassured me about Joone is that their nappies receive a score of 100 / 100 on this app, meaning they contain absolutely no harmful substances!
Who is the Joone Nappy Subscription for?
This subscription system is very convenient for parents who want to save time and avoid filling their car boot with nappies when they go to the supermarket. By having everything delivered directly to their home, they always have the necessary stock for their baby. Plus, the ability to return any excess nappies for a refund is really handy and helps to reduce waste.
However, what really sets Joone nappies apart from others, in my opinion, is the brand's commitment to baby health and the environment. If you care about providing the best for your child so they start their life using healthy products with a minimal impact on the environment, Joone is definitely a great choice for you.

👉 Personally, I hesitated for a long time about using cloth nappies, but they just weren't practical for me. With Joone, I’ve found the perfect compromise, as the nappies I use are safe for my son’s health, and also easy to use in my busy life as a mum!
What is the price of Joone nappies?
At the moment, Joone is offering a launch deal at $64.90 NZD per pack of nappies. Normally, the price of Joone nappies is $69.90 NZD per month, which works out to a price per nappy of:
Size | Child's Weight | Price per Nappy |
1 | 2 - 4 kg | 0.39 NZD |
2 | 3 - 5 kg | 0.36 NZD |
3 | 4 - 8 kg | 0.43 NZD |
4 | 7 - 14 kg | 0.48 NZD |
5 | 10 - 18 kg | 0.58 NZD |
6 | 16 - 30 kg | 0.61 NZD |
📦 The delivery fees are of course included in the price!
Can I gift a Joone subscription? 🎁
Absolutely! If you head over to the section "DIAPERS", then "DIAPER SUBSCRIPTION", and scroll down a bit on the page, you'll find an option that says "GIFT A SUBSCRIPTION".
This allows you to access a form that provides a subscription for new parents, helping them during the first few months or even the first years of their baby's life.
The duration is 1 month, 3 months, or 6 months, and parents can choose the appropriate nappy size for their child, along with the patterns.
Parents can receive an email right away informing them about their gift, or you can present it to them yourself later on, for instance, during a special occasion.
👉 You can also give a gift voucher from Joone, which parents can use to buy exactly what they need (nappies, baby products, etc.).
How to give a Joone gift card?
You can find it in the "BABY GIFTS AND HAMPERS" section of the "BABY" category.
Source: Joone website
There are three possible amounts: $50, $80, and $140. Once you purchase the gift card, you'll receive it via email, and you can then print it out. It provides you with a code that can be entered in the "promo code or gift card" field during checkout to apply the corresponding discount. It can be used multiple times and has a validity period of one year.

The website provides a wide range of options, here are a few examples:
👉 There are many other Joone gift sets available, such as a nappy bag, a travel pouch, clothes...! Personally, I’m quite tempted by these gift kits if a baby were to arrive in my circle, as they allow parents to discover Joone products and are just lovely.

As I mentioned earlier, Joone doesn’t just make nappies! It’s a brand that has specialised in creating hygienic products for babies and mums. Let me quickly introduce their range, which I am really a fan of!
For Baby 👶
Joone offers a comprehensive range of essential hygiene products for when you have a baby: nappy balm, wash gel, moisturising lotion, nappy change cream, cotton pads, wipes, and suitable shampoo... All products are made according to Joone's strict standards to ensure the health of your child.
You can also find beautiful clothing on the website, featuring the simple and timeless style that defines the brand:
For older children 👦👧
Joone supports your child in learning to use the toilet with their first underwear. The brand offers 100% cotton briefs and boxers, made in France.
I also encourage you to check out the "My 1st..." range that I’ve just started using with my son. These are natural hygiene products designed to meet the specific needs of young children.
For the mum or mum-to-be 🤰🤱
Joone also thinks of us mums, with products specifically designed for pregnancy, as well as for the care that follows childbirth. Among their selection, I particularly noted:
- A stretch mark cream for $59.90,
- A hair supplement to assist with regrowing hair after childbirth for $22.90,
- Infusions to support lactation for $12.90.
The brand also offers natural and eco-friendly intimate hygiene products, in the same spirit as their baby products.
🎁 Because we don't always consider the specific needs of new mums, I believe that giving these products can be a fantastic idea. Joone offers gift sets designed for babies, but specifically tailored for their mums! 😉

About Trustpilot
Currently, this platform has 16 reviews, with an average rating of 3.5 / 5.
There is a fairly high proportion of satisfied customers with the quality of the nappies, their practicality, the designs, and the fact that they are healthy for their baby.
Dissatisfied customers aren't complaining about the quality of the nappies, but rather about the products for mothers: dietary supplements, moisturising creams... which they feel aren't as effective as those from other brands. Issues related to delivery are also mentioned (particularly delays), but this concerns only a very small proportion of customers.

Is Joone a scam?
Joone (SAS Noo Corp) is a French start-up founded by Carole Juge-Llewellyn in 2017. The brand has achieved significant success and is now present in over 28 countries.
In 2017, the brand published a toxicological analysis of its nappies to demonstrate to its customers that they were safe for babies. This initiative was rewarded, as the association 60 million consumers ranked Joone as the best brand of baby nappies in 2018.
Indeed, Joone nappies are Ecocert certified (organic farming) and have received numerous labels that demonstrate their quality:
From a customer service perspective, the brand can be contacted through social media or via an online form on their website. Unfortunately, there is no telephone customer service available at this time, but the Joone team appears to be quite responsive.
✅ Joone is a French brand that has been thriving in recent years, providing great transparency about the ingredients in its products. So you can order with confidence!
My Verdict on Joone ⭐⭐⭐⭐
To wrap up this review of my experience with Joone, I'd like to share a sincere testimonial about what I enjoyed and what I didn’t with this brand.
I discovered Joone while researching diaper quality and their ingredients after the birth of my son, following a report that indicated that major brand diapers could contain toxic substances. Initially, I was hesitant to switch to cloth nappies, but since I work and my son often goes to childcare, I thought it would be quite complicated.
When I discovered Joone's website, I was reassured by the brand's transparency about the ingredients in their nappies and other baby products they sell. My first order went really well. My son was 4 months old at the time and weighed about 7 kilograms, so I went for size 3 nappies, which were just right for him.
Compared to the major supermarket brands, I haven't noticed any difference in leakage, but I've quickly realised that my baby's rash has decreased since I started using Joone nappies. Nowadays, I order about one box a month, and that works perfectly for me. As my son is nearly one year old, I had to change sizes, and that went smoothly because there's the option to mix sizes.
I love the customisable patterns that are fun for kids and everyone finds adorable. For my orders, I've chosen a mix of disposable nappies and traditional cloth nappies: I put the disposable ones on my baby during the day and use cloth nappies for the night and nap times.
Finally, I’m just starting to test the first toothpaste and the first cleansing foam released by Joone. So far, I find these products really pleasant to use and well tolerated by my baby’s skin.
✅ In conclusion, I plan to stick with Joone until my son is toilet trained. Although the nappies are a bit pricier, you can really feel the difference in quality, and I'm reassured by their ingredients. I 100% recommend them!
