In recent months, I have tested Seazon several times intermittently to save time. I have never ordered more than 10 dishes at once, and I have always been pleased with the variety of recipe options. Some dishes, especially those from world cuisine, were very good. I have never received a dish that tasted bad or was expired.

As I strive to eat locally and reduce my environmental impact, the commitments of Seazon were very important to me. I appreciated knowing where the ingredients in my meals were sourced from and discovering that many of them were local. I did have some concerns about the waste caused by the plastic containers in which the meals are delivered: this could be improved in 2022.

As has happened to other customers, according to the Google reviews, I also experienced a delivery delay from Chronofresh: the prepared meals arrived the day after the scheduled date. I therefore contacted Seazon's customer service, which was very friendly and assured me that the cold chain had not been broken. However, if I noticed any issues with a dish (such as smell, texture, or packaging appearance...), they promised to refund me.
