My Verdict on Seazon ⭐⭐⭐⭐

In the past few months, I’ve tried Seazon several times intermittently to save time. I’ve never ordered more than 10 dishes at once, and I’ve always been happy with the variety of recipe choices. Some dishes, especially those from international cuisine, were very good. I’ve never received a dish that tasted bad or was past its expiry date.

As I try to eat local and reduce my environmental impact, Seazon's commitments were very important to me. I appreciated knowing where the ingredients of my meals were sourced from and discovering that many were local. However, I did feel a bit disappointed about the waste caused by the plastic containers that the meals are delivered in: this could definitely be improved in 2022.

Just like what happened to other customers based on the Google reviews, I also experienced a delivery delay from Chronofresh: the prepared meals arrived the day after the expected date. So, I contacted Seazon's customer service, which was very friendly and reassured me that the cold chain had not been broken. However, if I noticed any issues with a dish (smell, texture, packaging appearance, etc.), they committed to refunding me.

However, I advise you to avoid ordering too many dishes at once: they actually expire after 6 days, and since these meals are made from fresh ingredients, you wouldn't want to risk food poisoning!
