Poiscaille ensures that it fairly compensates its partner fishers to support their work and expertise, allowing them to make a living from their profession.

They are indeed at the helm of small businesses. There are typically no more than three fishermen aboard their boats, and fishing trips take place during the day, unlike large trawlers that scour the oceans for several days at a time.

Poiscaille collaborates with the carrier Chronofresh and works directly with producers to minimize the time between when the catch is harvested and when it arrives at your doorstep.

The maximum time is 72 hours, which ensures that the products are extremely fresh. In my experience, I've never found anything as fresh in regular stores, and you can really taste the difference.

You Choose What You Order

When you sign up for the first time, you can already indicate your allergies and intolerances.

Then, between 7 PM and 11 PM the day before or the day before that (in your area) your delivery is scheduled, you will receive an email inviting you to log into your Poiscaille account to select the contents of your next order. This allows you to choose whether you prefer fish, shellfish, and which species of each.

I'm very happy with Poiscaille, so I wanted to gift a subscription to my sister for Christmas. However, she doesn't have a pickup point near her home, which makes it a bit more complicated.
