Whatever the occasion, we always appreciate receiving flowers. They bring colour and joy into the home. In recent years, Interflora, the flower delivery service, has offered a floral subscription that allows you to receive a bouquet of flowers at home every month or every week.
As someone who runs a guest house and is interested in this service, I decided to give it a try myself by subscribing directly to Interflora's flower box. Let me share my thoughts on it.

How does Interflora's flower subscription work?
With this Interflora service, you can receive a bouquet of flowers directly at home or send it as a gift to someone else as often as you like, for a duration of one month to a year.
On the Interflora website, simply navigate to the "subscriptions" section to explore the options available to you. The bouquet is at the florist's discretion: this means that the delivering florist will create a bouquet based on the seasonal flowers and those available in-store.
Who creates the bouquet?
The bouquet is created by a local florist, who also handles the delivery. This professional collaborates with Interflora, which takes care of sending them orders. They adhere to Interflora's quality guidelines and, where possible, work with seasonal flowers.
What flowers will be used to make the bouquets?
With subscription plans, it's not possible to specify a particular colour or variety of flowers: it's a genuine surprise! However, you can be assured that Interflora guarantees its customers fresh plants and bouquets crafted to perfection.

What is the average size of an Interflora subscription bouquet?
Bouquets are available in three sizes, which you can select when subscribing:
- Normal,
- Large,
- Very large.
How often will the bouquets be delivered?
There are several options available to you:
- Every week, for a month, 3 months, 6 months, or a year,
- Every two weeks, for a month, 3 months, 6 months, or a year,
- Every month for 3 months, 6 months, or a year.
👉 When you subscribe, you can request that the first bouquet be delivered on the same day or on a date that suits you best. This can even be a Sunday!
✅ The Interflora flower subscription allows you or someone of your choice to receive a surprise bouquet of flowers regularly over a specified period.

Who are Interflora's flower subscriptions for?
The Interflora flower box is perfectly suited for:
🔸 A person who wishes to receive flowers regularly at home, to adorn their living space, indulge themselves, or bring a touch of positivity into their life,
🔸 A professional looking to beautify their business, for instance, to decorate a reception area or a lounge where clients are hosted...
🔸 Gift a flower lover something special for Christmas, their birthday, their wedding, or even just for no reason at all...
How much does Interflora's flower box cost?
The prices set by Interflora are tiered based on the total quantity of bouquets delivered throughout the duration of the subscription. To obtain the most advantageous price, which is approximately £33 per bouquet, you would need to select a subscription for weekly deliveries over a year, but this comes at a cost of £1,739.
In absolute terms, the cheapest option is to choose a bouquet every fortnight for a month: this brings the cost of the bouquet to £34.50, for a total of £69.
👉 Of course, delivery charges are included in the total price.
In summary, here are the prices charged by Interflora for its floral subscription service:
🔸 Interflora Prices - Standard Size Bouquet
1 month | 3 months | 6 months | 1 year
Every month | Unavailable | £109 | £199 | £409 |
Every 15 days | £69 | £209 | £409 | £809 |
Every week | £139 | £409 | £859 | £1,739 |
🔸 Interflora Prices - Grand Bouquet
1 month | 3 months | 6 months | 1 year
Monthly | Unavailable | £154 | £289 | £589 |
Every 15 days | £99 | £299 | £589 | £1169 |
Weekly | £199 | £589 | £1249 | £2519 |
🔸 Interflora Price - Very Large Bouquet
1 month | 3 months | 6 months | 1 year
Every month | Unavailable | €184 | €349 | €709 |
Every 15 days | €119 | €359 | €709 | €1409 |
Every week | €239 | €709 | €1509 | €3039 |
🤑 Among these prices, some are more appealing as they offer a discount:
- A standard bouquet every month for 6 months at £199 instead of £209,
- A large bouquet every month for 6 months at £289 instead of £299,
- An extra-large bouquet every month for 6 months at £349 instead of £359.
👉 Payment is made at the time of your order. Interflora does not appear to offer payment in instalments. For my part, I paid via PayPal and used the interest-free payment in 4 instalments option provided by this payment service, as the subscription can amount to a significant sum.
What does a flower subscription bouquet look like?
The bouquets from Interflora subscriptions are vibrant, crafted, where possible, with seasonal flowers. This creates a distinctly rustic look that evolves throughout the year as nature changes.

The size of your bouquet depends on the option you choose. For a standard bouquet, expect approximately 30 centimetres in diameter and around fifteen flower stems, along with some greenery. However, it will also depend on the prices charged by the florist and the geographical area where they are located: a bouquet is generally more expensive in the south-west of France than in the north-east, as the major flower markets are in Holland.
🎁 The bouquet will be wrapped using the technique employed by the florist, with attractive paper. Typically, the stems will not be in water: the delivery person will check that you are home before delivering the bouquet to ensure it doesn't wilt.
💬 When you subscribe, you have the option to include a short message that will be delivered with the first bouquet, if it's a gift. This message will be written on a small card that will be attached to the packaging.
How to Gift a Subscription to an Interflora Flower Box?
Receiving a bouquet of flowers every so often to brighten up your home is a lovely surprise that many people dream of. With Interflora's subscription service, this is possible, and I'm here to explain how it works. 😉
➡️ Who should you gift a Flower subscription to?
You can gift a floral box to someone special, for a particular occasion or simply to show your appreciation. It's a lovely gift that is usually very well received.
The recipient of the subscription could be, for example:
- Your grandmother, who lives alone or in a care home,
- Your mother, to bring her joy on her special day, birthday, or any other special occasion,
- Your partner, to remind her every month or week how much she means to you,
- A friend, to show her your affection,
- Your daughter, to brighten up her days!
- A new mum, to celebrate her wonderful news with her.
👨 Can you give flowers to a man? Nowadays, it is increasingly common to gift something that was once considered "feminine" to men. In fact, men also enjoy flowers! However, if he is more of an "old school" type, it might be best to avoid it, as you wouldn't want to catch him off guard.

What information is needed to send flowers?
As the flowers will be delivered directly to the recipient's home or workplace, the Interflora website will ask you for certain information that will be necessary for the smooth processing of the subscription:
- Name, Surname of the recipient,
- Exact address,
- Phone number, preferably mobile,
- Delivery date,
- A brief message to include with the first delivery.
👉 If you don't have this information, Interflora offers the Iflora delivery option, which allows you to send an email or text message to the recipient to obtain their contact details. However, this option is only available when you order a single bouquet and not a subscription. 😌
Enhance your first delivery with a little extra gift to celebrate the occasion
When you subscribe to the floral subscription, you have the option to add a gift that will be delivered with your first order. This could be a small teddy bear, a bottle of champagne, or chocolates...
💡 You can add a simple vase for just £5.90. This will be very handy if you or the recipient of the bouquets doesn’t already have one!
Another option: create your custom subscription with Interflora +
The floral subscription offered by Interflora is a very convenient all-in-one solution for regularly delivering flowers. However, you also have the option to subscribe to Interflora + for £24.90. This one-year subscription allows you to enjoy unlimited and free Interflora services and deliveries.
With Interflora+, you can therefore send bouquets as often as you like, only paying the price of the flowers displayed on the website. This is very appealing, especially if you don’t necessarily want a regular subscription, or if you wish to send flowers regularly to multiple recipients.

👉 Subscribing to Interflora+ occurs at the time of placing your order by ticking the corresponding box directly in your basket. Your account will then be subscribed for one year from the date of purchase! 😉
What do those who have tried it think? Discover customer reviews of the Interflora subscription!
Reviews from other customers are usually a good indicator to determine if what you're about to order is worthwhile. To help you see if Interflora meets your expectations, I have gathered and summarised the reviews that can be found online about this brand.
On the Trustpilot platform
Trustpilot is a verified review service: this means that customers who have left a review have genuinely ordered from Interflora. Additionally, the brand's customer service regularly engages with customers to help resolve their issues. Interflora has received a rating of 4.3 out of 5, with nearly 40,000 reviews, which is a substantial sample size. This instills confidence in the company!
💚 Customers Loved
- The quality and visual appeal of the delivered bouquet,
- The speed of delivery (same day!),
- Adherence to their request,
- The efficiency of customer service in case of any delivery issues.
Example of a positive review left on Trustpilot by an Interflora customer
❌ They enjoyed it less
- The fact that delivery costs are added once in the basket (unlike the subscription which is all-inclusive),
- It is not possible to place multiple purchases in a single basket,
- No photographs sent by the courier to the sender,
- For some: bouquet too small, did not match the request.

About the Igraal Site
Igraal is a cashback service that also allows customers to leave reviews. Interflora has received a rating of 4.5 out of 5 from nearly 2000 reviews, which matches its Trustpilot score. Igraal customers also praise the convenience of the Interflora website and its clarity, as well as the quality of the bouquets.
🤑 Igraal offers you an attractive cashback deal with Interflora: £3 upon registration and up to £3 refunded on your order.
On the website avis-clients.fr
In comparison to the previous two, this platform stands out as an exception with a lower rating: 3.8 out of 10, based on 324 reviews.
As there are significantly fewer reviews compared to the other two, the sample is less representative. However, it appears that customers who have had a negative experience with Interflora, particularly regarding delivery, tend to congregate here. The brand does not respond to its customers on this platform.

Can we trust the company Interflora, or is it a scam?
Interflora is a well-known company to many people: it is even considered a benchmark in the floral industry, as this service has been around since 1908! The Interflora network spans the globe, with nearly 45,000 partner florists located in 145 countries.
Its reputation makes it a reliable choice, but the company is sometimes criticised for the high fees it charges on the total price of the bouquet. This article from the magazine 60 million consumers will help you learn more about this issue.
The brand offers its customers a phone customer service, available for extended hours, although calls are charged at a premium rate. It is also possible to contact an advisor via email, chat, or through social media, where the community managers are known for being very responsive.
Furthermore, she takes the time to respond to customer reviews left on Trustpilot, and endeavours to provide a solution to those who are experiencing an issue.
On the Interflora website, it is clear that the brand offers guarantees to its customers:
✅ Interflora is a trusted brand that, although it now faces competition in the flower delivery market, remains a leader in the industry.
My Verdict on Interflora's Flower Subscription
The subscription I signed up for with Interflora was for a duration of one month, with flowers delivered each week, to decorate the guest rooms. Overall, I am pleased with the service: I appreciated being able to specify the delivery date so that I could be sure to be available to receive the bouquet. The bouquets, created by a florist from the nearby town, are very lovely, with a rustic style and quite generous. They are fresh, and the flowers are arranged with elegance.
However, I find the price a bit steep, especially since you cannot pause the subscription or pay in instalments. In the future, when it comes to guest rooms, I think I will prefer to contact the local florist directly. I was also considering perhaps getting a Interflora+ subscription to enjoy free delivery all year round and order only when I need to.
However, I keep the idea of a floral subscription in mind to give a lovely gift to my mum who lives far away, to a friend who is getting married, or even to someone recovering from an illness. I think flowers are a wonderful surprise: receiving my bouquet would always cheer me up for the day!

✅ I highly recommend the Interflora flower subscription to anyone looking to treat themselves or someone special to a lovely gift. The price is certainly a bit high, but the joy of receiving flowers is unmatched!

Is flower delivery free with Interflora?
Generally speaking, flower delivery incurs a fee with Interflora. In fact, it's quite a significant part of the total cost. However, you have two options to reduce this expense:
- Subscribe to a comprehensive subscription, as outlined in this article, if you wish to have flowers delivered regularly to the same address,
- Sign up for the premium Interflora+ subscription, which, for £24.90, offers you Interflora services and delivery for a year.
👉 These two subscriptions can be carried out on the Interflora website.
How to Obtain an Interflora Discount Code?
