Finding clothes that fit well and are suitable for everyday wear isn't always easy. Plus, we don't always have the time or the inclination to spend hours in shops trying things on… To help you discover a style that suits you, Lookiero offers its personal shopper service, which selects clothes for you and sends them directly to your home. I had the opportunity to try out this fashion box myself, and I'll share my thoughts on it with you.

What is a Lookiero personal shopper?

Lookiero is a fashion box service without any commitment, which sends you a selection of five stylish women's garments to your home once a month. When you sign up for Lookiero, you'll be asked to complete a questionnaire that takes about 5 minutes, where you can indicate:

• What is your style?
• What are your favourite cuts (fitted, loose, etc...)?
• Which parts of your body would you like to highlight?
• What body shape do you have?
• What are your physical features (eyes, hair, etc...)?
• What is your budget for buying clothes?
• For what occasion do you want new outfits (work, nights out, etc.)?

👉 Your answers to these questions will help the personal shopper choosing the clothes that will be sent to you to select pieces that match your style and that you are likely to like.

Once you receive the box, you have five days to try on the clothes and make your decision: keep what you like and send back any items you don't want for free! You'll only pay for what you keep. If you decide to keep all the clothes, a 25% discount is applied to the total cost of your box.

Lookiero offers you four types of subscriptions:

• Monthly,
• Bimonthly,
• Quarterly,
• Occasional.

Who is the Lookiero Box for?

This personal shopper service is currently only available for women. The sizes offered range from 34/XS to 48/XL, and the styles are diverse: bohemian, classic, minimalist, urban... and many more!

• Doesn't have the time or resources to go shopping...

What is the price of a Lookiero box?

The advantage of Lookiero lies in the fact that the price is flexible, depending on your budget. First of all, you receive five items of clothing, but you only pay for what you keep. Additionally, you can specify, in the initial questionnaire, the average amount you wish to spend on your clothes.

👉 If you keep all five items from your box, you'll receive a 25% discount on the total, which is like getting more than one item for free!

When you place your order, postage and return costs are included, but you'll be asked to pay €10. This covers the Personal Shopper service fee. There are plenty of promo codes available to get this amount reimbursed, especially on your first order, by clicking "Try for Free" on the website. If you keep at least one item from your box, you'll get that €10 back in full!

Lookiero is a company based in Spain, founded in 2015 by Oier Urrutia. The brand has experienced significant growth during the Covid crisis, which led to the closure of fashion shops during lockdowns and a surge in online sales. It has strong financial foundations to continue thriving.

There is no telephone customer service to contact Lookiero directly, but you can send them an email or a letter directly to Spain. There is also an online form available on the website.

The company takes the time to respond to online reviews and offers a fairly comprehensive FAQ section on the website, under "Help and Contact".

✅ Lookiero is a reliable and well-known company, but we wish they were as easy to contact as their French competitors.

My verdict on the Lookiero subscription

Having often struggled to find clothes that really fit me, I was initially sceptical about the service offered by Lookiero. I wondered how, without trying anything on and just through a few questions, the personal shopper would be able to understand my wants and needs.

When I received my first Lookiero parcel, I realised I had been wrong to be wary. In fact, all the pieces they sent me were to my liking and made me eager to try them on immediately. I enjoyed mixing and matching them or creating new outfits with the rest of my wardrobe.

In the end, I kept three out of five items: a blouse, a skirt, and a jumper that looked great on me. I was able to return the other two items easily, and I only paid for what I chose. I also sent a message to my personal shopper, Joanna, to let her know what I didn't like about the clothes I returned, so she could take that into account for my next order. I made it clear that I mainly needed outfits for work that wouldn't take me hours to pick out every morning.

As I don't have a flexible budget, I've opted to receive a box every three months. I really appreciate being able to change my subscription based on my needs and my income. I'm looking forward to receiving my next box and seeing what Joanna has selected for me!

It's really straightforward: just head over to your account space and switch your subscription from monthly, bi-monthly, or quarterly to occasional. In this case, you'll be able to choose via the calendar when you'd like to receive your next box.
