What did I prefer: bars or drinks?

At first, I really thought I would prefer the drinks, as it felt more like having a soup, which reminded me of a proper meal. However, in practice, I actually preferred the bars, as they gave me a better feeling of fullness and felt lighter on my stomach.

Before writing this review, I ordered meals from Feed several times and even completed a 16-day weight loss programme! Here’s what I thought of the experience.

Was it easy to place an order on the Feed website?

It was very straightforward, indeed. The various ranges are easy to understand. As for the treatment, I quickly figured out what to choose based on my needs.

The only thing I found a bit disappointing was that there is no information about where the bars and drinks are made. Since this is a French company, I would have liked to know if their factory is also located in France.

How did the delivery of my Feed meals go?

With every order, I was really pleased with the delivery. I always opted for home delivery and the packages arrived within 48 to 72 hours after my order, in excellent condition, which was fantastic. The fact that the meals arrived quickly was a great motivator to start my weight loss plan!

Were the meals good?

I absolutely loved the light bars, especially the chocolate-brownie and chocolate-sesame flavours. Besides being handy, these bars are gentle on the stomach and are very easy to digest.

Initially, I had also ordered a discovery pack with some snacks, which were nice. However, I didn't order them again as I found them a bit pricey for just snacks.

Did the weight loss treatment work?

Here’s my summary:

• I lost 4 kilos in 16 days by replacing my breakfast and lunch with a Feed Light bar,
• I felt lighter and didn't experience any drop in energy,
• In terms of my digestion, I wasn't troubled at all. I was also taking a herbal remedy (blonde psyllium powder) to aid digestion, which worked just as well as if I was having regular meals.
• The only thing that was a bit tricky was having to eat a bar when lunching with others. That's why I sometimes swapped lunch and dinner, as recommended on the Feed website.
