To send flowers, it used to be essential to visit an Interflora florist in person. However, times have changed, and it has become much more convenient; you can now do everything online!

A few months ago, for Mother's Day, I wanted to give my mom a floral subscription. I reached out to Aquarelle for this service. I'll let you find out in detail whether the outcome was up to my expectations.

Since most people enjoy receiving flowers, the Aquarelle floral subscription is a fantastic way to bring a touch of nature and beautiful colours into your home.

With this subscription, the recipient (which can be yourself) will regularly receive a surprise bouquet delivered to their chosen address. This can even be sent to a workplace to brighten up a reception desk or lobby, for example.

What are the possible options for bouquets?

Unlike the bouquet styles available on the website, the subscription bouquets are crafted without a set model, based on:

• The arrival of seasonal French flowers at the workshop,

In the subscription plans, we're talking about seasonal flowers grown in France. This means that in winter, you're more likely to receive flowers like tulips, ranunculus, and anemones... and you'll have to wait until May to enjoy a beautiful bouquet of peonies!

You cannot choose the colour of your bouquet, but by choosing Aquarelle, you support the French economy and ensure the fair compensation for French flower producers. Opting for an Aquarelle subscription is also a committed gesture in support of the planet, as it avoids importing flowers by air and reduces excessive packaging.

Personally, I was pleased with the bouquets I had sent to my mom through Aquarelle. I was able to see some of them in person and received photos of the others. I appreciated the variety of flower types they included and the colour harmony created by the florist.

Compared to what you might find at a florist for the same price, I find that the volume of the watercolour bouquets is quite impressive. The bouquets are nicely wrapped and have always arrived in good condition.

🔹 As for the registration on the site, it was very simple and I was able to easily find what I was looking for. I didn’t use the gift card system, as I wanted to get a no-commitment subscription to send bouquets to my mom for a few months.

🔹 Regarding the bouquets, the outcome was fantastic and met my expectations. My mom was thrilled with the surprise and loved the little note that came with it. I wish I could have added a small gift to my order, like chocolates or a candle, since I saw that Aquarelle has its own collection of candles. It's unfortunate that this isn't an option...
