How Does Joone Work?
Joone is a subscription service that delivers tailored diapers for your child directly to your home or to a pickup point, at a frequency that suits your needs.
What diaper sizes can you order from Joone?
To support your child from birth to potty training, Joone offers 6 sizes of diapers:
- Size 1: 2 to 4 kilograms,
- Size 2: 3 to 5 kilograms,
- Size 3: 4 to 8 kilograms,
- Size 4: 7 to 14 kilograms,
- Size 5: 10 to 18 kilograms,
- Size 6: 6 to 30 kilograms.
👉 If your baby is growing or if you have two young children, you can mix sizes! 😉
How many diapers are in a Joone package?
The number of diapers sent depends on the chosen size:
- Size 1: 180, which is 3 packs of 60,
- Size 2: 192, which is 3 packs of 64,
- Size 3: 162, which is 3 packs of 54,
- Size 4: 144, which is 3 packs of 48,
- Size 5: 120, which is 3 packs of 40,
- Size 6: 114, which is 3 packs of 38.
👉 The reduction in the number of diapers per pack is due to the fact that as your child grows, they will need fewer diapers.
Can you choose between diapers and pull-up pants?
Of course! Joone offers you 3 subscription options:
You can choose to use only diapers or just pull-up diapers. However, Joone recommends that you mix both types of diapers. This third option includes, in each package, 3 packs of pull-up diapers and 1 pack of regular diapers.
👉 Personally, I chose to use traditional diapers when my son was born, but as soon as he started crawling at around 7 months, I switched to a mix of diapers and pull-ups. At night, I would put him in regular diapers, while during the day, I preferred pull-ups to allow him more freedom of movement as he learned to walk.
Can we customize diapers?
Absolutely, and that’s one of the standout features of Joone! Their diapers are lovely, with unique designs that are perfect for babies. When you place your order, you can choose 3 patterns from those available!
The adorable seasonal patterns of Joone diapers... and there are plenty more!
👉 I often find myself talking about Joone when people see my baby's diapers: the pretty patterns raise a lot of questions!
How often are diapers delivered?
The delivery frequency is adjustable, so you’ll never run out of diapers but won’t receive more than you need either. Here are the options available:
👉 If you've ended up with more diapers than expected, you can certainly contact Joone for a special shipment! On the contrary, if you have too many diapers and some unopened packs remaining, you can return them to Joone for a refund!
Can you add other products to your subscription?
Yes, you can add Joone wipes with organic olive oil or water for an additional 5 euros per month. This is cost-effective, as a one-time purchase costs 9.90 €. You can also add a baby face cream to your order outside of the subscription, for example.
For just $5 a month, receive 3 packs of 32 Joone wipes!
👉 Personally, I use very few wipes, so I haven't tested Joone wipes, but they appear to be of high quality, just like their other products. These wipes are biodegradable and made with 99% natural ingredients, which is really reassuring. 😉
Joone: Are These Diapers Really Eco-Friendly and Safe for Baby's Health?
One of Joone's main communication points is the production of its diapers using natural ingredients. I'll break it all down for you in the following lines! 😉
Where are Joone diapers made?
Joone diapers are made in France, specifically in Épinal, for their "iconic" diapers. The Origine diaper is produced in Denmark, using exclusively European materials. The brand collaborates with small and medium enterprises, placing special emphasis on ensuring the quality control of its products.
🌍 The factory where Origine diapers are produced operates entirely on renewable energy!
The Joone team is very transparent about the production of this diaper:

Are Joone diapers really "natural" as the brand claims?
On its website, Joone promises diapers made from 100% natural materials for the absorbent core and what touches the skin, which is much healthier than the usual diapers you find in supermarkets, for example. Their latest product, the "Origine" diaper, has been designed to be as healthy as possible.

👉 Personally, I use the Yuka app quite a bit, which helps determine whether a food or hygiene product is healthy. What reassured me about Joone is that their diapers scored 100 / 100 on this app, meaning they contain absolutely no risky ingredients!
Who is the Joone diaper subscription for?
This subscription system is very convenient for parents who want to save time and avoid filling their car trunk with diapers when they go to the grocery store. By having everything delivered right to their home, they always have the necessary supplies for their baby. Additionally, the ability to return diapers for a refund when they have too many is incredibly practical and helps prevent waste.
However, what truly sets Joone diapers apart from the others, in my opinion, is the brand's commitment to baby health and the environment. If you care about providing the best for your child so they can start their life using healthy products with a minimal impact on the environment, Joone is definitely worth considering.

👉 Personally, I hesitated for a long time about using cloth diapers, as it just didn’t seem practical. With Joone, I found the perfect compromise, because the diapers I use are safe for my son's health, while also being easy to use in my busy mom life!
What is the price of Joone diapers?
Currently, Joone is offering a launch deal at $64.90 per pack of diapers. Normally, the price for Joone diapers is $69.90 per month, which translates to a per-diaper cost of:
Size | Child's Weight | Price per Diaper |
1 | 2 - 4 kg | $0.39 |
2 | 3 - 5 kg | $0.36 |
3 | 4 - 8 kg | $0.43 |
4 | 7 - 14 kg | $0.48 |
5 | 10 - 18 kg | $0.58 |
6 | 16 - 30 kg | $0.61 |
📦 The shipping costs are of course included in the price!
Can I gift a Joone subscription? 🎁
Absolutely! If you go to the section "DIAPERS", then "DIAPER SUBSCRIPTION", and scroll down a bit, you will find an option that says "GIVE A SUBSCRIPTION".
This allows you to access a form that offers a subscription to new parents before providing support during the first months or years of their baby's life.
The duration is 1 month, 3 months, or 6 months and parents can choose the appropriate diaper size for their child, as well as the designs.
Parents can receive an email right away informing them about their gift, or you can present it to them yourself later on during a special occasion, for example.
👉 You can also give a gift card for Joone, which parents can use to purchase exactly what they need (diapers, baby products, etc.).
How to Give a Joone Gift Card?
You can find it in the "BABY GIFTS AND GIFT SETS" section under "BABY".
Source: Joone's website
There are three amounts available: $50, $80, and $140. Once the gift card is purchased, you will receive it via email, and you can then print it out. It provides a code that can be entered in the "promo code or gift card" window during checkout to apply the corresponding discount. The gift card can be used multiple times and has a validity period of one year.

As I mentioned earlier, Joone doesn't just make diapers! It’s a brand that specializes in creating hygiene products for babies and mothers. Let me quickly introduce you to their range, which I am truly a fan of!
For Baby 👶
Joone offers a complete range of essential hygiene products for when you have a baby: liniment, cleansing gel, moisturizing lotion, diaper cream, cotton pads, wipes, and suitable shampoo... All of these products are made according to Joone's strict standards to ensure the health of your child.
You can also find beautiful clothing on the website, featuring the simple and timeless style that defines the brand:
For Slightly Older Kids 👦👧
Joone supports your child's journey to becoming potty trained with their first underwear. The brand offers 100% cotton briefs and boxers, made in Canada.
I also invite you to check out the "My 1st..." range that I’ve just started using with my son. These are natural hygiene products designed for the specific needs of young children.
For the Mom or Expecting Mom 🤰🤱
Joone also thinks of us, moms, with products specially designed for pregnancy as well as specific care for the post-delivery period. From their selection, I particularly noted:
- A stretch mark kit for $59.90,
- A hair supplement to promote hair regrowth after childbirth for $22.90,
- Infusions to support breastfeeding for $12.90.
The brand also offers natural and eco-friendly intimate hygiene products, following the same philosophy as their baby products.
🎁 Since we don't always consider the specific needs of new moms, I believe that offering these products can be a fantastic idea. Joone offers gift sets like those for babies, but specifically designed for their moms! 😉

Joone is a brand that is very transparent about the quality and craftsmanship of its products. However, to determine whether they truly meet your expectations, particularly in terms of practicality, the best approach is to research customer reviews. To save you time, I conducted some research for this article and I'm providing you with a summary of the feedback that I was able to find! 😉

About Trustpilot
Currently, this platform has 16 reviews, with an average rating of 3.5 / 5.
There is a fairly high proportion of satisfied customers who appreciate the quality of the diapers, their practicality, the designs, and the fact that they are healthier for their baby.
Unsatisfied customers are not complaining about the quality of the diapers but rather about the maternity products: supplements, moisturizers, etc., which they feel are not as effective as those from other brands. Issues related to delivery are also mentioned (notably delays), but they represent only a small portion of the customer base.
About Poulpeo
The cashback site Poulpeo has 10 reviews on Joone, all rated 5 stars. Additionally, it offers $6 in cashback that can be combined with Joone's promotions, which can be quite appealing.

Is Joone a Scam?
Joone (SAS Noo Corp) is a French start-up founded by Carole Juge-Llewellyn in 2017. The brand has achieved significant success and is now present in over 28 countries.
In 2017, the brand released a toxicological analysis of its diapers to demonstrate to its customers that they were safe for babies. This initiative was recognized when the organization 60 Million Consumers named Joone the best baby diaper brand in 2018.
Indeed, Joone diapers are Ecocert certified (organic farming) and have received numerous labels that attest to their quality:
From a customer relations perspective, the brand can be reached through social media or via an online form on their website. Unfortunately, there is currently no customer service available by phone, but the Joone team appears to be quite responsive.
✅ Joone is a French brand that has experienced great success in recent years and offers a high level of transparency regarding the ingredients in its products. So you can order with confidence!
My Verdict on Joone ⭐⭐⭐⭐
To wrap up my review of my experience with Joone, I'd like to share an honest reflection on what I appreciated and what I didn’t with this brand.
I learned about Joone while researching diaper quality and their composition after the birth of my son, following a report that indicated that big brand diapers could contain toxic substances. At first, I hesitated to switch to cloth diapers, but since I work and my son often goes to daycare, I thought it would be quite complicated.
When I discovered Joone's website, I was reassured by the brand's transparency regarding the composition of their diapers and the other baby products they sell. My first order went very smoothly. My son was 4 months old at the time and weighed around 7 kilograms, so I ordered size 3 diapers, which were just right.
Compared to major supermarket brands, I didn’t notice any difference in leakage, but I quickly realized that my baby’s redness had diminished since I started using Joone diapers. Nowadays, I order about one pack a month, and that works well for me. As my son is nearly one year old, I needed to change sizes, and it went smoothly because there’s an option to mix sizes.
I love customizable patterns that are fun for kids and everyone finds adorable. For my orders, I chose a mix of pull-ups and traditional diapers: I use pull-ups for my baby during the day and traditional diapers for night time and naps.
Finally, I'm just starting to test the first toothpaste and foaming wash marketed by Joone. So far, I find these products really pleasant to use and very well tolerated by my baby's skin.
✅ In conclusion, I think I will continue using Joone until my son is potty trained. Although the diapers are a bit more expensive, the quality is definitely noticeable and I feel reassured by their ingredients. I would recommend them 100%!
