My Thoughts on TINILOO: I Tried This Pregnancy and Baby Box

When you have a baby, the nappy budget can quickly become a significant expense! When I fell pregnant, other expectant mums mentioned baby boxes or online nappies, which piqued my interest!

Two months ago, I decided to see how the Tiniloo nappy subscription would work for my daughter. I also ordered a baby box at the same time. So, I’ve tested both of these boxes and today, I’ll share whether I plan to continue with these subscriptions and why! 😊

    👍 I loved it

    • The quality of the nappies received,
    • The fact that you can have the nappies delivered straight to your home,
    • Their eco-friendly and healthy aspects,
    • The excitement of receiving surprises every month,
    • The toys and books included in the gift boxes.

    What Could Be Improved

    • The price of pregnancy, baby, and children's boxes is quite high compared to what they contain,
    • The quality of the gift boxes varies from month to month.

How do Tiniloo subscription boxes work?

Tiniloo offers a surprise box and nappy subscription service, both delivered monthly right to your doorstep. Their products are aimed at expectant parents and parents of children aged 0 to 7 years.

For the surprise boxes, the idea is to introduce a selection of unique and useful products each month related to pregnancy or childhood.

For the nappy subscription, the aim is to deliver quality nappies straight to your door, ensuring your child's hygiene with safe and eco-friendly products, and saving you the hassle of shopping!

👉 You can order one of the surprise boxes along with the nappy box, just like I did, but you can also choose to go for just one of these options if you prefer.

    What boxes does Tiniloo offer?

    Tiniloo offers 4 different boxes:

    • The pregnancy box, designed for expectant mothers,
    • The baby box, for little ones aged 0 to 36 months,
    • The kids box, for children aged 3 to 7 years,
    • The nappy subscription, for your child as long as they need it.

The first three are surprise boxes, each month featuring a different selection of products tailored for the recipient (expecting mum, baby, child...). It's like receiving a selection of unique little gifts every month!

The nappy subscription serves a more practical purpose, as it provides quality nappies for your child every day. It was this offer that motivated me to try Tiniloo, because I found the concept really interesting. 😊

Is there a commitment with Tiniloo?

The Tiniloo monthly subscription is no strings attached: this was one of the reasons I decided to give this brand a go, as it's possible to cancel the subscription at any time.

However, you can choose different subscription options that commit you for the coming months. These include the quarterly subscription, the 6-month plan, and the 12-month plan. The total amount for this subscription is charged at the time of sign-up and is non-refundable beyond the legal cooling-off period of 14 days for online purchases.

Can you order from Tiniloo with confidence?

Tiniloo is a French company, based in the 8th arrondissement of Paris. The company has been operating since 2012 and has established numerous partnerships with maternity hospitals and childcare centres to showcase its products.

They are also recommended by several well-known media outlets that are considered authoritative in the field of childcare:

              Tiniloo media

Tiniloo nappies have received several accreditations that confirm their quality: PEFC, Original Dermatest, Oeko-Tex Standard 100, CO2 neutral production...

Finally, Tiniloo has a customer service hotline which you can call at no extra cost. You can also send them a message through a contact form available on their website.

If you're facing an issue or have a question, I recommend reaching out directly instead of leaving a review, as Tiniloo seems to respond more quickly through customer service than through the review platform.

You can confidently order from Tiniloo, a French company that manufactures its nappies in Europe. If any issues arise, you are protected by French law and entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period for online purchases (Article L221-20 of the Consumer Code).

              My verdict on Tiniloo ⭐⭐⭐

I tried Tiniloo without having heard much about this subscription box beforehand, about three months ago. In the following lines, I share my experience!

Was it difficult to order from Tiniloo?

I easily found what I was looking for on the Tiniloo website. The information is very clear and setting up the subscription is straightforward. They don't ask for too much information, and it's quite easy to navigate.

I appreciated being able to have a sneak peek at the previous surprise boxes as well as customer reviews: it helped me make my decision.

              tiniloo box

              Source: Instagram (@tiniloo)

How did the delivery of the Tiniloo boxes go?

For my part, I chose the standard delivery with Australia Post, but it's also very convenient to have the option of delivery to a collection point. In the three months I've been subscribed, I've had no issues with the delivery: it has always arrived on time, well packaged, and in excellent condition. I've never run out of nappies.

              Are nappies really practical?

So far, I’m really pleased with Tiniloo nappies. They’re practical, easy to take anywhere, and my daughter tolerates them very well. I've experienced very few leakage issues.

I'm so grateful to be able to care for my baby with quality, eco-friendly products! It's truly reassuring. 😊

              tiniloo couches

              Source: Instagram (@coralie.nch, @babyplush1, @maureenbct_)

I also thought it was great that you can order a free sample pack of nappies to try out. That's what I did at first, and it helps to see if it’s suitable for our child.

Is the baby surprise box worth it?

I hadn't planned on ordering this box initially, but I gave it a go to see what it was like. The products included are from good brands and suitable for my daughter's age, but they aren't always essential. Additionally, I find the box to be a bit pricey. If it were under $25, it would fit my budget much better.

I’m considering cancelling my subscription this month and possibly resubscribing occasionally later on to enjoy the surprises!

              Tiniloo box review

              Source: Instagram (@vitabiocool, @my_new_mom_world, @tiniloo)

In summary, I am very pleased with the Tiniloo nappies, which I will continue to order for my daughter. As for the baby box, I have mixed feelings about its duration, but it’s perfect for surprising someone for three to six months! 😊
