As I write this feedback, I have been trying the Dietbon program for about three months now. So far, I’m quite happy with it, and I’ll explain why in the following paragraphs!

Is it easy to set up and manage your Dietbon meal plan?

The Dietbon website quickly gave me confidence, whether it was due to customer reviews or the information provided.

I found the guided questionnaire to be very helpful for placing an order. It really helps to create a diet plan that suits our situation, based on specific questions. In my case, I received a plan like this:

I was offered the Optimum treatment for 4 months or the classic treatment for 6 months. I quickly did the sums and chose the Optimum treatment for 4 months, as it is more cost-effective. I’ll finish it in a month and then move on to the stabilisation phase.
