When you place your order, shipping and return costs are included, but you will be asked to pay $10. This is for the Personal Shopper service fee. There are many promo codes available to have this fee reimbursed, especially on your first order, by clicking on “Try Free” on the website. If you keep at least one item from your box, this $10 will be fully refunded to you!

My Verdict on the Lookiero Subscription

Having often struggled to find clothes that really fit me, I was initially skeptical about the offerings from Lookiero. I wondered how, without trying things on and just based on a few questions, the personal shopper would be able to understand my preferences and needs.

When I received my first Lookiero package, I realized that I had been too skeptical. In fact, I loved all the pieces offered and immediately wanted to try them on. I enjoyed mixing and matching them or creating new outfits with the rest of my wardrobe.

In the end, I kept three out of five items: a blouse, a skirt, and a sweater that fit me really well. I was able to easily return the other two items, and I only paid for what I had chosen. I also sent a message to my personal shopper, Joanna, to let her know what I didn’t like about the clothes I returned, so she can keep that in mind for my next order. I also mentioned that I mainly need outfits for work that don’t require me to spend hours picking out my clothes each morning.
