To give you an idea of what to expect when you receive your box, let’s take a look at the contents of the May 2022 Glossybox, which was themed "Perfectly Imperfect".

Upon receiving this box adorned with vibrant and warm colours, I was able to discover:

The highlighter is a quality product that matches my skin tone perfectly. I’ll be using it this summer! The firming serum is also a great find, with its non-sticky texture and pleasant orange scent. It's best to apply it in the evening, as it takes some time to absorb into the skin.

Lastly, Glossybox included a top-quality Banana Beauty lip pencil in this box! The colour doesn't quite suit me, but it made my little sister happy when I gave it to her! 😉

This is a reliable company, run by a well-known large group. However, as it is based in the UK, it is not possible to contact them by phone. For returns, Glossybox has warehouses in Europe, which helps avoid any customs issues related to Brexit. The brand has also communicated to reassure its customers about this matter.

On review sites like Trustpilot, the brand takes the time to respond to its customers, but uses a standard copy-paste message that remains the same every time. Compared to competitors like MyLittleBox or Biotyfull Box, which offer more expensive options, the cost of R250 to receive a beauty box every month for a year is very appealing!

💛 I also appreciated the quality of the products and the various themes of the gift boxes. The website is very clear and well explained: it makes you want to order and you don't feel like you're being taken for a ride by a scam.

💜 I also loved the limited edition concept, which makes it easy to give beautiful gifts to our loved ones. Next year, I know exactly what I'll be getting my mom for Mother's Day!
