To give you an idea of what to expect when you receive your box, let me take you through the contents of the Glossybox from May 2022, which had the theme "Perfectly Imperfect".

Upon receiving this box filled with bright and warm colours, I was able to discover:

The highlighter is a quality product that suits my skin tone perfectly. I will be using it this summer! The firming serum is also a great find, with its non-sticky texture and pleasant orange scent. It's best applied in the evening, as it takes a while to absorb into the skin.

Finally, Glossybox included in this box a high-quality Banana Beauty lip pencil! The colour doesn't quite suit me, but it delighted my little sister to whom I gave it! 😉

Glossybox is the trading name of the company THG Beauty Limited, which is based in the United Kingdom. It is owned by "The Hut Group", hence the initials THG, which has been in operation since 2004 and owns over 300 websites, specialising in cosmetics, beauty, and nutrition.

It is therefore a reliable company, operated by a well-known larger group. However, as it is based in the United Kingdom, it is not possible to contact them by phone. For returns, Glossybox has warehouses in Europe, which avoids any customs issues related to Brexit. The brand has also made statements to reassure its customers on this matter.

On review sites like Trustpilot, the brand takes the time to respond to its customers, but always with a standard, identical message. Therefore, I recommend that you contact them directly using the form available on your "My Account" page on the Glossybox site. The brand usually responds within 24 hours on weekdays.

🧡 Glossybox is a beauty box that doesn't exactly revolutionise the genre, but it has one undeniable advantage: its affordable price! Compared to competitors like MyLittleBox or Biotyfull Box, which offer more expensive options, the price of £12.50 to receive a beauty box each month for a year is very appealing!

💛 I also appreciated the quality of the products and the various themes of the gift boxes. The website is very clear and well-explained: it makes you want to order, and you don't feel like you're being duped by a scam.

💜 I also loved the concept of limited editions, which allows us to give lovely gifts to our loved ones. Next year, I already know what I will be giving my mum for Mother’s Day!
