What is the Lookiero personal shopper service?

Lookiero is a subscription-based fashion box service that sends a curated selection of five trendy women's clothing items to your home once a month. When you sign up for Lookiero, you'll be asked to complete a questionnaire that takes about 5 minutes, where you can specify your preferences:

• Which parts of your body would you like to highlight,

👉 Your answers to these questions will help the personal shopper, who selects the clothes sent to you, choose pieces that suit you and are likely to appeal to you.

Once you receive the box, you have five days to try on the clothes and make your decision: keep what you like and send back the ones you don’t want for free! You will only pay for what you keep. If you decide to keep everything, a 25% discount will be applied to the total of your box.

The advantage of Lookiero is that the price is adjustable, depending on your budget. First, you receive five pieces of clothing, but you only pay for what you keep. Moreover, you can specify your average spending amount for clothing when you fill out the initial questionnaire.

👉 If you keep all five items from your box, you'll receive a 25% discount on the total, which is like getting more than one item for free!

When you place your order, shipping and return fees are included, but you will be asked to pay S$10. This amount covers the personal shopper service fee. There are various promo codes available to reimburse this fee, especially for first-time customers who click on "Try for free" on the website. If you keep at least one item from your box, the S$10 will be fully refunded to you!

My Verdict on Lookiero Subscription

Having often struggled to find clothes that really fit me, I was initially skeptical about the options offered by Lookiero. I wondered how, without trying anything on and just through a few questions, the personal shopper would be able to understand my wants and needs.

When I received my first Lookiero package, I realised I was wrong to be skeptical. In fact, I loved all the pieces that were offered and immediately felt excited to try them on. I enjoyed mixing and matching them or creating new outfits with the rest of my wardrobe.

In the end, I kept three out of five items: a blouse, a skirt, and a sweater that fit me really well. I was able to easily return the other two items, and I only paid for what I chose. I also messaged my personal shopper, Joanna, to share what I didn't like as much about the clothes I returned, so she could take that into account for my next order. I also mentioned that I mainly needed outfits for work that wouldn't take me hours to pick out every morning.

Since I don't have a flexible budget, I've decided to get a box delivered every three months. I really appreciate being able to adjust my subscription based on my needs and income. I'm excited to receive my next box and see what Joanna has picked out for me!
