To help you find a style that suits you, Lookiero offers its personal shopper service, which selects clothes for you and sends them directly to your home. I had the chance to try this fashion box myself, and I’d like to share my thoughts on it with you.

What is the Lookiero personal shopper?

Lookiero is a fashion box service with no commitment, delivering a selection of five trendy women's clothing items to your home once a month. When you sign up for Lookiero, you'll be asked to complete a questionnaire that takes about 5 minutes, where you can indicate:

• What is your style?
• What are your favourite cuts (fitted, loose, etc.)?
• Which parts of your body would you like to highlight?
• What is your body shape?
• What are your physical features (eyes, hair, etc.)?
• What is your budget for purchasing clothes?
• For what occasion do you want new outfits (work, outings, etc.)?

👉 Your answers to these questions will help the personal shopper who selects the clothing to be sent to you to choose pieces that suit you and are likely to appeal to you.

Once you receive the box, you have five days to try on the clothes and make your decision: keep what you like and return for free what you don’t want! You’ll only pay for what you keep. If you decide to keep all the items, you'll receive a 25% discount on the total cost of your box.

Lookiero offers you four types of subscriptions:

What is the price of a Lookiero box?

The advantage of Lookiero is that the pricing is flexible, depending on your budget. Firstly, you receive five items of clothing, but you only pay for what you keep. Additionally, you have the option to specify, during the initial questionnaire, the average amount you’d like to spend on your clothing.

👉 If you keep all five items from your box, you'll receive a 25% discount on the total, which is like getting one item for free!

When you place your order, shipping and returns are included, but you will be required to pay $10. This covers the Personal Shopper service fee. There are plenty of promo codes available to have this amount refunded, particularly on your first order, by clicking on "Try for free" on the website. If you keep at least one item from your box, you will receive a full refund of that $10!

The brand has seen significant growth due to the Covid crisis, which prompted the closure of fashion retail during the lockdowns and a surge in online shopping. It has strong financial foundations to ensure its continued existence.

There is no telephone customer service to contact Lookiero directly, but you can send them an email or a letter directly in Spain. There's also an online form available on their website.

My Verdict on Lookiero Subscription

As someone who often struggles to find clothes that fit well, I was initially sceptical about what Lookiero had to offer. I wondered how a personal shopper could understand my preferences and needs without any fitting sessions, and just by asking a few questions.

When I received my first Lookiero parcel, I realised that I had been wrong to be suspicious. In fact, I loved all the pieces they sent and immediately wanted to try them on. I enjoyed mixing and matching them with each other and creating new outfits with the rest of my wardrobe.

In the end, I kept three out of the five items: a blouse, a skirt, and a jumper that fit me really well. I was able to easily return the other two items, and I only paid for what I had chosen. I also messaged my personal shopper, Joanna, to let her know what I didn't like about the clothes I returned, so she can take that into account for my next order. I also mentioned that I mainly needed outfits for work that wouldn't require me to spend hours picking out my clothes every morning.

With a tight budget, I’ve opted to receive a box every three months. I really appreciate being able to adjust my subscription based on my needs and income. I can't wait to receive my next box and see what Joanna has picked out for me!
