Why choose Feed meals over regular meals?

What did I prefer between the bars and the drinks?

At first, I really thought I'd prefer the drinks, as they felt more like drinking a soup, which reminded me of a proper meal. However, in practice, I found I preferred the bars, which gave me a much better feeling of fullness and didn’t sit as heavily in my stomach.

When to Take Feed?

Relying solely on Feed meals isn't recommended. However, substitutes can be consumed quite regularly, as the suggested regimen allows for two Feed meals per day alongside one regular meal.

Before writing this review, I have ordered meals from Feed multiple times and I even completed a 16-day weight loss programme! Here’s what I thought of that experience.

Was ordering on the Feed website easy?

It was very simple, indeed. The different ranges are easy to understand. When it came to the treatment, I quickly knew what to choose based on my needs.

The only thing I found a bit disappointing was the lack of information about where the bars and drinks are made. Since it's a French company, I would have liked to know if their factory is also in France.

How was the delivery of my Feed meals?

With every order, I was very pleased with the delivery. I always opted for home delivery and the parcels arrived within 48 to 72 hours after placing my order, in excellent condition, which was really great. The fact that the meals arrived quickly was a big motivator to start my weight loss programme!

Were the meals good?

I really loved the light bars, especially the chocolate-brownie and chocolate-sesame flavours. Besides being convenient, these bars are gentle on the stomach and dissolve very easily.

Initially, I had ordered a discovery pack with some snacks, which were quite nice. However, I didn't reorder them as I found them a bit pricey for just some nibbles.

Here’s my summary:

• I lost 4 kilos in 16 days by replacing my breakfast and lunch with a Feed Light bar,
• I felt lighter and I didn't experience any energy dips,
• In terms of digestion, I wasn't bothered at all. I was also taking a herbal treatment (psyllium husk powder) to help with digestion, which worked just as effectively as traditional meals.
